Apple Pay now works with third-party iOS and desktop browsers
Apple is rolling out several new features that were announced at WWDC. One of the most notable changes is the ability to use Apple Pay on third-party browsers on iPhone, iPad, and desktop computers. This means that users will no longer be limited to using Apple's Safari browser to make payments with Apple Pay. To use Apple Pay on a third-party browser on a desktop computer, users will need to scan a QR code with their iPhone or iPad. Additionally, Apple has made it easier to add supported cards to Apple Wallet with the Tap to Provision feature. This feature allows users to simply tap an eligible NFC-enabled card to the back of their iPhone to add it to Apple Wallet. However, this feature is not available in all regions.
